SalesTok ("we", "us", "our") is a sales training platform operated by SalesTok Ltd. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our iOS application and website at salestok.app.

By using SalesTok, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Account Information

• Name and email address
• Role (manager or salesperson)
• Language preference (English, Hebrew, or Chinese)
• Account PIN (stored securely, never transmitted in plaintext)

Usage Data

• Video viewing progress and completion status
• Quiz answers and scores
• Points, streaks, and leaderboard rankings
• Sales entries, commission settings, and bonus logs
• Messages sent between team members

AI Chat Data

• Conversations with AI sales coaches
• Messages are processed by OpenAI and are not used for model training

Device Information

• Push notification tokens (for sending reminders and updates)
• Device type and OS version (collected by the App Store, not by us directly)

• Provide the service — deliver video lessons, quizzes, AI coaching, and sales tracking features
• Team management — allow managers to assign lessons, view progress, and run competitions
• AI features — generate personalized coaching responses, quizzes, and lesson summaries
• Notifications — send streak reminders, competition updates, and lesson assignments
• Improve the product — understand usage patterns to make SalesTok better

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

We share data only with the following parties, strictly for service operation:

• Data is stored on Railway cloud infrastructure with PostgreSQL database encryption at rest
• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Account PINs are never stored in plaintext and never returned in API responses
• API endpoints are protected with rate limiting and input validation
• Admin endpoints require secure authentication headers

• Active accounts — data is retained for the lifetime of your account
• Deleted accounts — all personal data, quiz answers, chat history, sales entries, and progress are permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion
• AI chat logs — stored only for the duration of each conversation session; not permanently archived

You have the right to:

• Access — view all your personal data within the app
• Delete — permanently delete your account and all data from the Profile tab
• Rectify — update your name, email, or preferences at any time
• Restrict — contact us to limit how your data is processed
• Portability — request a copy of your data by contacting us

SalesTok is a business-to-business sales training tool designed for professional use. It is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

SalesTok is available in multiple languages and may be used internationally. By using our service, you consent to the transfer of your data to servers located in the United States and the European Union for processing and storage.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process data based on legitimate business interest and your explicit consent when you create an account.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the app. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
